a. Summary Narrative
This article talks about their growing e-waste problem from country of India. In year 2006 has generated about 0.2 million tons of e-waste and in 2010 it is about 0.4 million tons the total e-waste from both households and corporate will reach 0.5 to 0.6 million tons by 2013 - 2014. There are only two formal recyclers in the Chennai and in the Bagalone for the whole of South India and in western India there is only one. In manual recycling operatonsof thier e-waste over 1 million people in India are involved and most of them are poor meaning they lack of awareness on how their job so dangerous they might contaminate by the chemicals of those e-waste. They not even wearing a gloves for protection that may affect their health and their environment.

b. I learned that technology such as electronic gadgets are very important in our daily lives. Those gadgets can help us to live easier and it is very useful in communicating using cellphones or laptops but most us unaware of the negative impact of the increasing the use of those gadgets. Without proper way of recycling these e-waste they can contain toxic substances that can harm the health of human and also it can contaminate our environment .

c. I suggest that they must have another proper disposal place for their e-waste, so that they can prevent a damage getting from the toxics to their health and for their environment. Also in manual recycling operations it should be conduct a seminar first on how the proper  way to recycled those e-waste for their safety and lastly proper segragation and recycling for the e-waste.
